Children's Ministry

Our three (3) and four (4) year olds are using the "Solid Rock" curriculum. These children meet their teachers in the Family Ministry Center Foyer (FMC) to be escorted to their class. Lead teachers are Rene Cartwright and Becky Kelly.

K-5'ers

We have begun an exciting new adventure in rotational Sunday School. Children meet their Shepherd at the entrance to the worship center each week at 10:15am. They travel to different rooms to learn the same Bible story through various methods such as storytelling, arts, cookery, science, games, music, and video. Students are returned to their parents back at the worship center entrance at 11:00am. We encourage kids to come every week so they don’t miss out on the fun!

Cross Roads Kids Sunday School is looking for parents to be involved – if you would like to help with one activity, we would be more than happy to have you. We still in need of a fewadditional volunteers to be Shepherds – helpers who stick with the kids for 4-6 weeks and lead them to their classes.

I hope you are all as excited as I am about this new Sunday School model. It appeals not only to the varied methods of student learning, but also to the importance of our message – God’s Word is important in our lives!
